Diabetes Control Center Product Policies

The Diabetes Control Center will periodically make available items related to diabetes management. If these are obtained free of charge by the Center, they may be reserved and picked up at 1760 Villagepark Dr. Orangeburg SC free of charge. Items to be obtained at the Center must be reserved on the web site (with the exception of registered patients of the Diabetes Control Center). If items must be shipped, a small shipping and handling fee will apply. Quantities are limited, so please request only one unique item per household.

Materials will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of a confirmed order. Items will be shipped by ground USPS. United States only.

We will make every effort to have requested products arrive to you in good condition. In the case of free materials for which you have paid a shipping and handling fee, we will provide duplicate items (if available) upon return of the damaged item.  For other returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
